A SUMMER CAMP FOR GIRLS ENTERING 4TH - 12TH GRADES IN THE FALL

"Butano" means "friendly gathering place" in the native Costanoan language. We are known as the kindest camp around! Your camper will enjoy all the fun of a traditional camp experience including visits to the Archery Range and Craft Cabin, hikes around our redwood-covered camp, and great food in the Dining Hall. In addition, each unit gets its own special activity.

We are an all-volunteer staffed summer camp for girls located in the coastal redwoods of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are affiliated with Girl Scouts of Northern California but you do not need to be a Girl Scout to attend.
