2018 Registration is Open!
2018 Camp dates:
Session I: June 30 - July 7
Session II: July 14 - 21
Session III: July 28- August 4
(March 30th submission deadline) (June 15th submission deadline)
1. After April 15, $25.00 of your $100.00 deposit is non-refundable due to clerical costs. The balance of your camper fee is due May 18.
2. After June 1, if your camper cancels for any reason, the whole camp fee will be kept with one exception: If your camper cancels for reasons of health (it must be a current condition, not pre-existing), a refund of the camp fee less $100 plus the $30 non-scout fee (if applicable), will be made under BOTH of the following conditions:
a) A telephone notification to the director is made as soon as the fact is known.
b) A written request, accompanied by a written statement from the doctor is received by the camp director by the end of the session for which the camper is enrolled.
3. Once camp has begun, if a camper leaves for any reason, there will be no refund.
4. Camp refund checks will be mailed by October 30.
