We are currently watching the current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, reviewing the best practices of the American Camp Association, and consulting with staff at Girl Scouts of Northern California. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
(March 30th submission deadline) (June 1st submission deadline)
Before April 15th, you will receive a full refund of your camp fees already paid.
Between April 15th and June 1st, $25 of your deposit is non-refundable, due to clerical costs.
After June 1st, if your camper cancels for any reason, camp fees are non-refundable, unless the camper has developed a health condition that prevents him or her from attending camp. In this case, a refund of the camp fees minus the $100 deposit and any non-Scout fee (if applicable) will be made after BOTH of the following conditions are completed.
Once camp has begun, if a camper leaves for any reason, there will be no refund.
Camp refund checks will be mailed by September 30.
