BUTANO CREEK GIRL SCOUT CAMP

menu & dietary accommodations

Dietary Restrictions

We can accommodate some food allergies and dietary restrictions.  As dietary needs and restrictions have become more complex, so has the job of our all-volunteer kitchen staff.

In order for us to accommodate these dietary restrictions, we need your help.  When registering, please fill answer all of the dietary needs questions carefully and thoroughly.  If you do not list your needs during registration, we cannot accommodate them.

The form asks you to report:
  1. Dietary allergies (e.g. milk, peanuts, fish, etc.)
  2. Dietary restrictions- please select the category that best meets your needs:
    • no dairy
    • vegetarian
    • vegan
  3. Religious dietary requirements (e.g. no pork, etc.)

Health Forms

If your have a food ALLERGY please list this on your Health Form along with the reaction to exposure and the appropriate treatment.  It is very important to let us know if your camper carries an inhaler or an epi-pen so that we can be sure staff are properly educated and trained.  With your help we can make this a smooth process for you, your camper, and our all-volunteer staff.

If your camper has an Allergy Action Plan (often done for schools) please include a copy with her health form.
